World Para-Gliding Show:

Gliding is an entertaining activity and competitive air sport. Gliding as a sport began in the 1920s. Initially the purpose was to rise the duration of flights but soon pilots endeavor cross-country flights away from the place of launch. Improvements in aerodynamics and in the considerate of weather trend have permitted greater distances at higher average speeds.

Paragliding Pakistan 

Paragliding Show in Pakistan:

International Paragliding Show is held also in Pakistan, to promote tourism and create benevolence and goodwill. The 2010 gliding event was held in Swat valley by Chitral gliders Pakistan. As many para-gliders from countries including Pakistan have compete in the event.  Some clips of the local paragliders’flightrs were demonstrated. All the participants appreciated the efforts and healthy activities of the local paragliders in the events held in high peaks of Pakistan. This kind of gliding events held in different parts of the country.

The organizers select the area for the gliding events; the main and common organizer is PTDC. These events were held in Chitral and Swat valleys. Swat city is one of the most attractive tourist hill stations in Pakistan. It is deeming as a piece of heaven with most beautiful landscapes over there. People from all around the world travel to Swat to enjoy in nature’s beauty. Pakistani people love to visit there also and in summer. Many institutes take their travel tour to Swat. It is a great opportunity for the participants to promote association with the local community during the gliding event.
